Julia Leopold

Julia advocates for VPPSA and member utilities’ positions in legislative matters. She also handles media requests, public relations, marketing outreach, and internal communications. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Science from Cornell University and has nearly a decade of experience as an on-air broadcast meteorologist. In her free time, Julia enjoys exploring Vermont with her family and dog.
