Since 1896, Lyndonville Electric Department has provided reliable electricity and superior service to communities in the northeast region of Caledonia County, also known as the Northeast Kingdom. They generate, transmit, and distribute energy to a total of 13 towns in the area making them Vermont’s largest municipal electric department based on square miles of territory. They currently serve more than 5,700 customers.
