VPPSA offers our Members a range of services and support in the areas of rate and tariff development, capital planning, financial forecasting, regulatory reporting and analytical/educational support related to emerging industry and regulatory issues.
Many of the services provided by the Rates & Planning team are resource intensive and typically occur at irregular intervals. Aggregating these activities within the VPPSA joint action agency structure provides members with more affordable, more flexible access to complex technical support than would typically be available on an individual member basis.
