VPPSA provides services and solutions to municipal and cooperative electric utilities in and outside of Vermont.

Our services include wholesale power supply, rate studies, load forecasting, tax-free financing of capital projects, and more.

At VPPSA, we believe that public power is locally-owned power and is vital to building strong communities.

Value of Public Power
