Jay joined VPPSA in 2025 and serves as the Authority’s Information Systems Analyst. Jay’s responsibilities for the Authority and its Members include end-user support, systems & network deployment and troubleshooting, and internal documentation, among others. In his free time, Jay enjoys keeping up with the latest tech news, collecting records and CDs, and spending time with his loved ones.
