Per Satterberg

Per joined VPPSA in 2025 and serves as the Authority’s Project Manager. With over 25 years of experience in Information Technology and Project Management, Per has held a variety of roles from mobile device tester to team manager. Per’s responsibilities for the Authority and its Members are focused on delivering IT-related grants like AMI and ESAP, while assisting with refining the Agile process. In his free time, Per enjoys playing with his kids, listening to music, DIY building and repair.
