Eligibility:  Eligible only for new purchases. Forklifts must be charged in VPPSA member utility service territory.

How to Claim Your Rebate:  To claim your incentive, please submit an online rebate application including required documentation.

Required Documentation:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photo of the model/serial number
  • Proof of residence if not the utility account holder
  • Completed W-9 form
