We’re Hiring! VPPSA Adding Two New Positions: GIS Technician and Manager of Field Services

The Vermont Public Power Supply Authority is seeking two highly skilled professionals to join our Technical and Field Services team. The addition of these two positions is part of VPPSA’s effort to increase our offerings of valuable services to member electric utilities and expand VPPSA’s role into utility field operations.

The Manager of Field Services will provide supervisory support to 11 municipal electric utilities throughout Vermont. Additionally, this position will oversee operations at VPPSA’s Project 10 peaking plant and manage the GIS mapping program.

The GIS Technician will manage administration of VPPSA’s GIS software, collect utility data from VPPSA member electric utilities, and develop analytics for reporting.
