Assistant Controller joins Vermont Public Power Supply Authority

Waterbury Center, VT (April 26, 2021) – Vermont Public Power Supply (VPPSA) is pleased to welcome Kim Lyon as the Assistant Controller. Lyon will serve within the Financial and Power Services Department in a newly created position within the joint action agency. Lyon’s duties will include preparing and maintaining financial records, overseeing power supply settlement, and managing the VPPSA budget.

Lyon comes to VPPSA with over a decade of accounting experience. She has previously worked in controller, management, and human resources roles.

“Kim’s knowledge and experience in accounting and management make her the perfect fit for this new position,” said VPPSA General Manager Ken Nolan. “Kim will play a key role in helping VPPSA provide greater management support to our members.  We’re thrilled to add her expertise to our expanding team of utility professionals.”
