Amber O’Neill

Amber joined VPPSA in 2023 and serves as Senior Staff Accountant. Previously, Amber worked for the State of Vermont in varying accounting roles and functions across three different departments.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in both Accounting and Business Administration from Northern Vermont University – Lyndon (formerly Lyndon State College, and soon to be Vermont State University).
