Heather D’Arcy

Heather joined VPPSA in 2019 as a power analyst and has since progressed from Senior Power Analyst to becoming the Manager of Power Resources. She is responsible for shepherding the development of utility scale projects as well as managing the day-to-day energy market participation and analysis of long-term power purchase planning. Heather has her Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont. She enjoys working with her sled dogs and bird dog, playing soccer, trail running, lifting, and spending time with her family.
