Heather D’Arcy

Heather joined VPPSA in 2019 as a power analyst. She is responsible for shepherding the development of utility scale solar projects as well as assisting with power supply tasks. Heather has her Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont. She enjoys working with her sled dogs and bird dog, playing soccer, trail running, lifting, and spending time with her family.
